• - The wooden box is made of European dried fir wood (humidity max 20%);
• - Small version: all boards  6x1,2cm;
• - Medium version: cover boards 6x1,2cm - pallets and structural boards 9,5x1,5cm;
• - Large version: all boards 9,5x1,8cm;
• - Extra version: cover boards 9,5x1,8cm - pallets and structural boards 12x2,2cm;
• - Extra version - planed: all boards 11,5x1,8cm;
• - Planed option is limited to the extra version;

- Size limitations:

• - Minimum size: 20cmx10x10h;
• - Small version: max 120cmx80x120h;
• - Medium version: max 150cmx120x210h;
• - Large version: max 350cmx120x210h;
• - Large if width > 70cm - max length 200cm;
• - Extra: max 490x150x210hcm;
• - Extra if width > 100cm - max length 290;

- Cm to be added to the inserted measures to obtain the external measures of the box:

• - Small version: length 5cm - width 5cm - height 13cm (if not pallettized height 5cm);
• - Medium version: length 6cm - width 6cm - height 13,2cm (if not pallettized height 6cm);
• - Large version: length 7cm - width 7cm - height 15cm (if not pallettized height 7cm);
• - Extra version: length 9cm - width 9cm - height 16cm (if not pallettized height 9cm);
• - Version extra-planed: length 7cm - width 7cm - height 15cm (if not pallettized height 7cm);

- Indicative weight for model 120cmx80x80h:

• - Small: 40kg;
• - Medium: 50kg;
• - Large: 65kg;
• - Extra: 65kg;

- Indicative static/dynamic carrying capacity for 120x80cm model:

• - Small version: 250 / 150kg;
• - Medium version: 500 / 300kg;
• - Large version: 800 / 500kg;
• - Extra version: 2000 / 1000kg;
• - Crates are to be considered not stackable and not superimposable;
• - The dimension increase involves more than proportional decrease of the carrying capacity;
• - The relative structural rigidity of the contained material, as for example the presence of a bearing metal skid below the product, can also considerably increase the effective range of the carrying capacity;

- ISPM15 treatment for export:

• - The treatment is required for export to non-EU countries;
• - The treatment consists of high temperature sterilization in an oven;
• - The price includes sterilization, markings and documentation stating the treatment;

- Pallet marking:

• - Marking by inkjet printing with indelible black ink;
• - Maximum 45 characters;
• - The wording is not available for sizes smaller than 50cm.
