Summer Closure: Shipping Updates

Dear customers,

As the summer season approaches, we would like to inform you about some important changes regarding our shipments. Due to the closure of the activities, we will not process shipments during the month of August. Below you will find the specific details:

Domestic Shipments:

- Suspension period: From August 3, 2024 to August 25, 2024

Shipments in Europe:

- Suspension period: From August 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024

During these periods, our system will continue to indicate indicative delivery dates. We invite you to consult these dates to better plan your orders. If you have any questions or need further clarification, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

We are aware that this closure may cause some inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding and patience. The interruption of shipments is necessary to ensure that all our staff can enjoy a well-deserved rest and return to work with renewed energy and motivation.

Customer Service:

For any questions or concerns, our customer service team remains at your disposal. You can contact us via:

- Email: info@imballoinlegno.it

- Telephone: +39 0583289100 (number not active from 10 to 25 August included).

We would also like to thank you for the continued support and trust you place in us. Our commitment remains to offer you the best products and services, and your satisfaction is our priority.

We wish you a pleasant summer and hope to be able to serve you again upon our return.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Kind regards,

The imballoinlegno.it team
