The shipping costs are calculated automatically and are based on the dimensions/weight of the goods, the address to which the goods are to be delivered (in Italy the correct province is necessary) and the value of the goods ordered. These costs will be indicated on the website before you confirm your order. It is essential that the customer indicate the full, exact and correct address (including province, when applicable) for delivery. Should the address not be correct and additional costs be incurred as a result, Imballoinlegno.it will consider the customer to be have full and sole responsibility for these extra costs.
The shipping costs are calculated using a semi-deterministic algorithm, to optimize the combination of various goods in the same parcel. It is possible that different costs may be calculated for the same order if done at different times.
The shipping costs include operational costs. We cannot combine different orders in a single shipment. Each order will have its own separate shipping cost.
For the standard price list there is a discount of up to 30% of the order. For the industrial price list, instead, there are no discounts.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing seals (adhesive tape imballoinlegno.it or stretch film torn or ruined).
The goods travel at the risk of the recipient even if sold in free port. The risks deriving from transport are insured. For insurance coverage to be valid, it is an indispensable condition:
- that the existence of any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier by a specific note on the delivery note.
- that if the customer finds anomalies on receipt of the product, he will have to accept the product by writing on the document provided (or in an equivalent electronic form): "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE - NECK COLLECTED", or "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE + description of the anomaly found".
In order to assert the insurance coverage, it is not sufficient to note IT IS ACCEPTED WITH A RESERVE or ACCEPTED WITH A CONTROL RESERVE, but the reason for the reservation must be explained in detail.
Should the package show visible damage, scratches or any other type of anomaly and the courier refuses to make specific reservations apply, refuse the goods and immediately report the incident to packaging.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered.
In the absence of circumstantial reservation, Nardi and banti imballaggi srl (imballoinlegno.it) cannot in any case be held responsible for any anomalies found around the state of the product, after delivery has been made.

Shipments time is:

economy pallet service, with delivery within approximately 72 hours (Central-Northern Italy) – 72/96hrs (Central-Southern Italy) – 5/10 days in Europe for parcels of maximum 300cmx160x230h;

premium pallet service, with delivery within approximately 24/48hrs (Central-Northern Italy) – 48/72hrs (Central-Southern Italy) – 3/5 days in Europe for parcels of maximum 300cmx160x230h;

express-courier service, with delivery within 24/48hrs for parcels of maximum 240x240x220h;
-
Local delivery-service for deliveries to Tuscany and surrounding area with delivery within approximately 48/72 hours, for parcels of maximum 840cmx245x300h.
However, the indicative delivery times will be calculated when the order is created.

Delivery is guaranteed only to the street-level front-door of the address, and the delivery point must be easily accessible for the courier/delivery service. The delivery service will usually call shortly before delivery is made. For orders shipped on pallets with a weight of 50 kg or more we always ask the delivery service to use a truck with a hydraulic tail-lift.
If you require additional porterage services upon delivery, this must be requested in advance, and when available, the relative costs will be quoted and invoiced separately, and is never included in the total order amount.
